What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most products support "1-piece MOQ" (single-item customization).
For high-MOQ products, partial sampling fee refunds may apply after bulk orders.
Bulk orders enjoy tiered discounts.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard: 5-7 business days.
Express option: Some products can be rushed in 24 hours (contact customer service for availability).
Additional fees may apply for express orders.

What is the customization process?

What file formats do you accept for designs?

Vector files: AI / EPS / PDF (CMYK color mode).
Raster files: PNG / JPG (300+ DPI resolution).
