What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Most products support "1-piece MOQ" (single-item customization).
For high-MOQ products, partial sampling fee refunds may apply after bulk orders.
Bulk orders enjoy tiered discounts.

How long does production and delivery take?

Standard: 5-7 business days.
Express option: Some products can be rushed in 24 hours (contact customer service for availability).
Additional fees may apply for express orders.

What is the customization process?

Select a product → 2. Consult customer service → 3. Get a quote → 4. Confirm order → 5. Make payment → 6. Submit design files → 7. Production begins → 8. Packaging & shipping

What file formats do you accept for designs?

Vector files: AI / EPS / PDF (CMYK color mode).
Raster files: PNG / JPG (300+ DPI resolution).

*Customized products do not qualify for "7-day no-reason returns."*
